CozyStay began when the Harrison family converted their 18th-century farmhouse into a welcoming retreat. Three generations later, we continue to blend heritage charm with modern luxury.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, a full cooked breakfast and continental options are included for all guests. We cater to dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free with advance notice.
Are dogs welcome?
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our Garden Room and Heritage Room for a small supplement of $15 per night. We provide a dog bed, bowls, and treats. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days are charged at 50% of the booking total. No-shows are charged the full amount.
